The coach rates apply to the 16-passenger option, not every coach size. Larger coaches and luxury vehicles are quoted individually. A particular vehicle model may have a different final rate; tell us when a model is important to your plans.
Use our vehicle guide to compare the options. Private transfers are quoted for the requested journey and do not automatically use these daily-hire rates.
Included Distance & Additional Kilometres
The five published-rate categories include 100 km per billable hire day, pooled across the booking. You do not need to use the same distance each day.
For hires of five days or more, an additional 200 km is included once per booking. This also applies to Private SUVs and bookings of 12 days or more. It is not an extra daily allowance.
A five-day hire therefore includes 700 km in total; a twelve-day hire includes 1,400 km. Distance above the total booking allowance is charged at USD 0.50 per kilometre. Larger coaches and luxury vehicles have distance terms confirmed in their individual quotations.
How Mileage Is Calculated
Mileage is calculated garage to garage. This includes the vehicle's travel from the relevant garage to your pickup point and its return after the agreed service, rather than only the journeys when you are on board.
Your quotation will identify the relevant mileage starting and finishing points and any positioning costs. Share your first pickup and final destination so these can be considered before you confirm.
Driver Gratuities
Tips are not included in your transport price. As a guide, USD 5–10 per driver per day from your travelling party is appreciated for good service. This is not per person.
Tipping is entirely at your discretion and may be given directly to the driver at the end of the service. This guidance does not include a separately hired guide or additional coach crew.
Your Written Quotation
Tell us your travel dates, group size, pickup point and the places you have in mind. You do not need a finished itinerary to enquire.
Your final quotation will confirm the vehicle, service dates, itinerary, distance allowance, inclusions and additional charges. A daily rate multiplied by the number of days is not, by itself, a complete itinerary quotation.
