Drivers and Guides: Different Roles
A private driver handles the agreed road travel and practical assistance. A chauffeur guide adds the professional guiding service agreed for the itinerary. A separate guide may also be arranged where appropriate for the group and vehicle.

How Your Driver Is Confirmed
Share your travel dates, group size and requirements when you enquire. The quotation and confirmation process establish the service being arranged, with the relevant pickup and driver information provided before the service begins.
Tell the team when a language or named-driver preference is essential. Any specific commitment should be confirmed in writing, rather than assumed from a request alone.
