How Much Does a Private Day Tour Cost?

The price of a private day tour depends on:

For this reason, day tours should be quoted according to the actual excursion rather than automatically using a multi-day package price.

If your requirement is straightforward driver hire under our normal day-rate structure, the applicable published rate can be considered when preparing your quotation.

Peak-season Pricing

Travelling During Peak Season?

Where the standard private-driver tariff applies, the current peak-season supplement is:

+ USD 10 per vehicle per applicable day

Applicable period:

20 December to 10 January

Your written quotation will show whether the supplement applies to your particular day tour or transport arrangement.

Your Day Tour Quotation

Your individual quotation should clearly confirm the services included.

Depending on the arrangement, this may include the agreed:

Only items clearly listed in the quotation should be treated as included.

Safari vehicles are separate from your road transport unless specifically arranged.

Boat Trips

Boat excursions and similar activities are separate unless confirmed.

Meals

Meals are not automatically included.

Professional Guiding

A chauffeur guide or separate specialist guide must be specifically requested and confirmed.

Hotels

Day tours do not include traveller accommodation.

You do not necessarily need a continuous multi-day driver booking.

If you are staying several nights at the same hotel, you may request separate private excursions on selected days.
