Receive Your Written Quotation

We prepare a quotation based on the travel information provided.

Your quotation should clearly identify the agreed items relevant to your journey.

Additional kilometre rate
Peak-season supplement, where applicable

Longer Journeys Receive Lower Daily Rates

Our published standard private-driver rates use three hire periods:

1 to 4 Days

Short-hire rate.

5 to 11 Days

Reduced long-tour rate.

12 Days or More

Our lowest published standard daily rate.

For example, current Private Car rates are:

1 to 4 Days: USD 70/day

5 to 11 Days: USD 60/day

12+ Days: USD 55/day

Your written quotation will use the applicable pricing and itinerary information.

Peak-season Travel

For applicable hire days between:

20 December and 10 January

the current peak-season supplement is:

USD 10 per vehicle per applicable day

If this applies to your journey, the quotation should show it clearly.

An Enquiry Is Not a Booking

Submitting the Get a Quote form does not automatically create a confirmed booking.

Your booking is confirmed only after the applicable confirmation requirements have been completed.
