Planning for a group means considering more than the number of seats. Luggage, the tour leader, any separate guide and the places where the vehicle will stop all help determine the right arrangement.
Share your travel outline even when it is still taking shape. We can review the vehicle requirements alongside the journey, rather than asking you to select a coach solely from a headline capacity.

The published-rate coach option accommodates up to 16 travelling guests, excluding the driver. Actual vehicle and luggage suitability are confirmed for your party.

Passenger numbers refer to travelling guests, excluding the driver. Actual vehicle suitability is confirmed against your group, luggage and any child-seat or separate-guide requirements.

These rates are for the 16-passenger option only. They do not apply to every larger coach or guarantee a particular model, interior or amenity.
Larger Coaches
A larger coach is quoted individually according to the group, travel dates and itinerary. Tell us how many people need to travel and the luggage they will bring, and we will check an appropriate configuration.
The price, vehicle specification and availability will be set out in your quotation. Larger vehicles have their own confirmed specification and price.
Luggage, Tour Leaders & Guides
Include the tour leader within your travelling-party count. Tell us separately when a guide is required so their seating and service can be included in the planning without double-counting travellers.
Share hotel locations and intended visits as they become available. Vehicle access and stopping arrangements should be reviewed as part of the itinerary. Any required crew or specific onboard features will be confirmed for the proposed vehicle.

Group Travel Rates & Arrangements
The priced 16-passenger option includes 100 km per billable hire day, pooled across the booking, plus an additional 200 km once for hires of five days or more. Extra distance is USD 0.50 per kilometre above the total allowance, with mileage calculated garage to garage.
Larger coaches have their own quotation and distance conditions. Guiding, applicable seasonal charges and other expense arrangements should be read alongside Rates & Inclusions and your written quotation.
