Choosing your small group van
What to share with us
- Confirm the complete group size, including children.
- Describe luggage for the whole party, rather than only the lead traveller.
- Tell us about multiple pickup points and whether a separate guide will travel with you.
Passenger & vehicle suitability
Up to 9 guests
The Small Group Van has a different guest allowance from the Family Van. A larger party and its luggage may require a different vehicle or configuration.

Practical information
Passenger Capacity Is Not the Same as Luggage Capacity
Passenger Capacity Is Not the Same as Luggage Capacity
The maximum guest numbers shown on this website refer to the published passenger category.
They should not be used to assume how many suitcases or large bags will fit in a particular vehicle.
When requesting your quotation, tell us:
- Number of adults
- Number of children
- Number of large suitcases
- Hand luggage
- Any bulky items
- Child-seat requirements
- Whether a separate guide will travel with you
We can then consider the actual vehicle configuration required.
Family Vehicle Requests
Family Vehicle Requests
If children are travelling with you, include their ages when sending your enquiry.
This helps us consider:
- Passenger configuration
- Luggage
- Child-seat requests
- Suitable vehicle category
- Overall group comfort
Child-seat availability and the exact arrangement should be confirmed before booking.
Do not select a smaller vehicle only according to the number of adults.
Driver or Chauffeur Guide?
The vehicle category and guiding service are two separate choices.
You may request:
Private vehicle + driver
or
Private vehicle + chauffeur guide
If a separate guide will travel with your group, this must also be considered when deciding the appropriate seating configuration.
