Additional Distance

If your confirmed journey exceeds the included 900 km:

Private Car: USD 0.50 per km; Private SUV: USD 0.55 per km; Family Van: USD 0.55 per km; Small Group Van: USD 0.65 per km; Group Coaches (16-passenger option): USD 0.70 per km.

Mileage is calculated on the agreed garage-to-garage basis.

Where vehicle positioning affects the quotation, it should be identified before booking.

The shared mileage rules are 100 km per hire day, plus an additional 200 km once for bookings of five days or more.

Unless specifically listed in your individual quotation, the published transport price does not automatically include:

Why Is the 7-Day Price Lower?

The published 1–4 day rate represents the regular short-hire rate.

For seven days, the applicable 5–11 day long-tour rate is lower.

Regular short-hire rate:

This same duration-based pricing logic applies to the other standard vehicle categories.

The tariff assigns 1–4, 5–11 and 12+ day rates separately for each vehicle category.

The supplement is per vehicle, not per passenger.
